Bordiga Vermouth Rosso
Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Rosso traces its roots to the historic Bordiga distillery in Cuneo, Piedmont—founded in 1888—where mountain-grown botanicals from the Occitan Alps have flavored its vermouths for over a century. Crafted in the classic Torino style, it combines Piedmont’s native red Nebbiolo with white Moscato, Cortese, and Trebbiano wines, macerated with roughly 25 Alpine botanicals including wormwood, elderflower, saffron, cardamom, and fennel.
On the nose, expect an enchanting blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, mint, gentle cola sweetness, and bitter orange; the palate reveals a lively bittersweet harmony of herbal gentian, subtle spice, juniper, and citrus rind.
