Bordiga Vermouth Bianco
Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Bianco originates from Piedmont’s historic Bordiga distillery in Cuneo, founded in 1888 by Pietro Bordiga, and remains an artisanal Vermouth di Torino made exclusively with local white wines and over 30 botanicals—many wild‑foraged from the Occitan Alps. Crafted via individual maceration of each botanical—such as gentian, wormwood, elderflower, coriander, nutmeg, and Sicilian orange peel—and blended with Moscato, Cortese, and Trebbiano, it’s naturally golden without artificial coloring.
On the nose, you’ll find fresh alpine herbs, lime, cinnamon, and floral warmth, followed on the palate by a vivid interplay of citrus, baking spice, gentle sweetness, and a crisp, slightly bitter finish.
