A 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs from 45-year-old vines in the Grand Cru village of Cramant, this cuvée reflects the limestone-heavy terroirs of the Côte des Blancs with remarkable depth and mineral tension. Each parcel is vinified separately with native yeasts in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation, and aged on the lees before being hand-disgorged with a minimal dosage.
Generous, with a soft texture and notes of dried grasses, salt, and citrus, it offers an ethereal freshness balanced by a long, limestone finish.
