This exquisite village Chardonnay represents the pure essence of the domain, masterfully blended from five distinct family-owned parcels with an average vine age of 50 years. Vinified with rigorous attention to detail, the grapes are harvested early to capture natural structural tension, followed by a gentle whole-cluster press and spontaneous fermentation. The juice undergoes a patient 18-month maturation split among oak foudres, glass, and stainless steel. No fining or filtration.
