A prestigious Nebbiolo from one of Alto Piemonte’s foundational estates, blending fruit from older vines (20–60 years) cultivated on volcanic-granite soils and vinified via spontaneous fermentation with extended maceration before undergoing 30 months in large oak casks and another year in bottle prior to release.

On the nose, there are aromas of dried cherry and plum, with dark flowers, spice and cigar smoke. Fine tannin and excellent acidity lay a stage for flavors of black cherry, fennel, espresso and graphite.
