Âmevive is a small, regenerative-organic winery founded by Alice Anderson in Lompoc, California, dedicated to crafting vibrant, terroir-driven wines with minimal intervention. “Ravie” is a playful GSM blend (60% Grenache from Alisos Canyon, 30% Syrah from Coquelicot, 10% Mourvèdre from Martian Ranch), with about 75% whole-cluster fermentation and nine months in neutral French oak before unfined, unfiltered bottling.
On the nose and palate it bursts with red punch, fresh white cherries, sage, menthol, and lavender, layered over brambly red fruit and licorice spice.
