Âmevive Gamay Santa Barbara 2024
Âmevive’s 2024 Gamay comes from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Los Alamos, fermented with a mix of whole clusters and destemmed fruit in open-top vessels. It’s gently handled with foot-treading, aged in neutral French oak, and bottled unfined/unfiltered.
Bright and lifted, the wine shows red cherry, ripe plum, and crunchy berry fruit with a subtle herbal edge. Light-medium in body with lively acidity and fine tannins, it finishes clean, fresh, and irresistibly drinkable.
