Crafted in La Morra (Langhe DOC), this wine is made from 100 % Nebbiolo grown organically by Agricola Brandini and vinified to emphasise elegance: destemmed, stainless steel fermented with temperature control and malolactic in steel, followed by roughly six months’ ageing in large oak casks before bottling.
Aromatically it reveals fine and deep notes of rose petals, violet, mint and red cherry, while on the palate it offers fresh acidity, silky tannins and a long finish typical of La Morra’s more graceful Nebbiolo expression.
