Adrien Berlioz, a dedicated vigneron in Chignin, Savoie, has been cultivating his family's vineyards since 2006. His estate, Domaine du Cellier des Cray, spans approximately 5 hectares of steep, limestone-rich slopes, where he practices certified organic and biodynamic farming.

On the nose, 'Zulime' offers fragrant aromas of honeysuckle, white peach, pear, and nectarine. The palate is soft, delivering a harmonious blend of floral and fruity flavors, complemented by subtle mineral and saline nuances.
