Aaron Burr Appinette Cider
A blend of approximately 70 % apples from foraged and heirloom Hudson Valley trees (Golden Russet, Northern Spy and a wild‑field blend) and 30 % Finger Lakes Traminette grapes, Appinette is crafted at a small homestead cidery in Wurtsboro, New York. It presents as a cloudy amber cider with a sharp yet dry profile—bright apple character, fine natural carbonation, and aromatic notes of lychee, grapefruit, rose petals and chalky minerality. Perfectly chilled, it pairs beautifully with light seafood, goat cheese or rustic charcuterie.
