CHAMPAGNE BÉRÊCHE & FILS
MONTAGNE DE REIMS, CHAMPAGNE, FR
If you know, you know.
And if you don’t, this is a Champagne that people quietly chase.
We have a small constellation of bottles from Bérêche et Fils, one of the most meticulous grower-producers in Montagne de Reims. These are not simply “celebration bottles.” They’re bottles you sit with.
Led by brothers Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, the house works with an almost Burgundian mindset. Each parcel treated individually, each cuvee a reflection of place rather than formula. This is one of those producers that quietly rewires how people think about Champagne. Less about polish, more about place. Farming is meticulous, winemaking is restrained, and nothing is made at scale.
This isn’t a drop. It’s more like a snapshot. A micro-vertical of Bérêche, across vintages and formats.
Nothing in quantity. Nothing to replace it with once it’s gone.
Bérêche et Fils Brut Reserve Champagne
100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs from 45-year-old vines in the Grand Cru village of Cramant, this cuvée reflects the limestone-heavy terroirs of the Côte des Blancs with remarkable depth and mineral tension. Each parcel is vinified separately with native yeasts in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation, and aged en tirage under natural cork for 54 months before being hand-disgorged with a minimal dosage.
Ample, with a soft, chalky texture and notes of dried grasses, iodine, and citrus, it offers an ethereal freshness balanced by a long, saline finish.

Pauline Collin Bérêche 1er Cru Ludes 2020
This is a legendary and collectable rare Champagne from Pauline Collin-Bérêche, wife of renowned winemaker Raphaël Bérêche and daughter of Ulysse Collin. She has only 2 hectares of old vineyards in Montagne de Reims with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Petit Meslier planted on light clay and limestone soil. This wine goes through a slow fermentation in barrels, aging on lees, and four years of cellaring. Finished with no dosage yet showing remarkable depth.
A rich texture around a core of zesty minerality. Delicate honeyed notes balanced by ripe orchard fruit and hazelnut. A clean, mouthwatering finish.
