Famille Paquet Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023

Famille Paquet achieved organic certification in 2021. The estate was created as Domaine des Valanges in 1980 by Jocelyne and Michel Paquet in the Burgundian village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais. Today, it is run by their children, Jean-Baptiste, Mathieu and Camille. It totals 30 hectares, mostly planted to Chardonnay.

This Chardonnay shows citrus, green apple, and a hint of white flowers. A structure of medium weight with a refreshing acidity and a long, elegant finish.
